First time eating here. I had a pick up order, went in and I was immediately helped by Jennifer. She was super sweet, professional and made sure I had everything before I left. The food is absolutely delicious! I will definitely be eating here again!

I have been going to Babbo's for years now. I have never been to the Cave Creek location until today. I ordered the "Great White Buffalo" as I usually do. However, this time it came out with regular spaghetti noodles instead of linguine. I knew something was off. I asked the waiter and he said let me go check what happen. He comes back and says oh yeah they ran out of linguine... No apologies or anything. You don't just substitute something on a customers order as you wish because you are out, you are supposed to let the customer know what is and isnt available and let me choose. I would have chose a completely different dish as I didn't want spaghetti noodles. I feel like I was scammed out of $17 for something I didn't want. And being nice, I didn't want to complain. Will not be coming back to this location again until made right, rightfully so.

The creamy pesto sauce was pretty good - needed a little more basil and parmigiana. Served on curly noodles without Asking me what type of pasta I would like. The wine was watered down and the bread was definitely not Italian. Why not play some Italian music to improve the atmosphere?I came in as a single diner, and the waiter was rather indifferent. Made for diners who have never tasted Italian food in Italy.

I ordered a pasta for carry out. It was swimming in sauce; one could've used a spoon to eat the dish. I guess I should be thankful? The completely apathetic employee who was busy ordering his own dinner from the cooks did not seal the container. Sauce leaked so much the paper bag had a giant hole in the bottom. ZERO stars.
