I usually do the express wash here and dry and detail my own car. The staff has always been super friendly. They always have dry towels available and the vacumes are always in working condition. Can't really speak for the full service wash but my car does cone out clean from the express wash so I will give them 5 stars for that.

A fair 2.5 star for their service, it seemed they had cleaned my car up in a hurry. Understand it was a busy Sunday, but they should always do a fair job, for the money they charge ($39 + tips, almost comes to $50), which they didn't. I had taken platinum full wash service, there were too many dust spots still on the exterior and interior had lot of dust still left over. Not a value for money place. You can get the same service for a $20 car wash as well. But all said... will surely visit at least two more times and will see if the service improves, and gives me an opportunity to increase my review rating for them.

I take my car here because its the only car wash in Cave Creek. I used to do full service but always found myself disappointed. I found myself going to the self service area afterwards to finish. Now that has gotten bad as well. There have been several times I have went in and trash cans were full, there are no towels available. I also have a classic car I wont take there anymore because the machine scratched my new wheels. I have never taken a car in without it leaving a thick black film on my wheels that I have to scrub off.

I went in for an oil change and discovered they no longer offer a vacuuming with their basic car wash. So I paid $11 more for the premium wash and was disappointed with the results. There was dust still coating my vents and parts of my dash which weren't covered by my dash mat. There was still road grime visible just below my door and around the fenders. I thought this would be standard to clean even with a basic wash but clearly I was wrong. I left a second star because at least the oil change was good.

Hi Scott - We do offer rainchecks for our full-service car washes. Every full-service car wash customer is entitled to a FREE Basic Express re-wash within 24 hours of their car wash (receipt date/time). Cobblestone Rewards customers have 48 hours. Express Car Washes do not receive a raincheck.
We do not offer any glass repair services.
Our car wash at Cave Creek and Tatum location has never had the ability to run a dually through our tunnel. They always have had to be done as a hand wash. We do have other location that have a different type of track going through their tunnel that can accommodate your vehicle. We dont have customers sign a disclaimer to go through at this location because the vehicles cant physically fit in our wash. The hand wash cost for a dually starts $69.99. if you would like to stop in to the Cave Creek and Tatum location we would be more than happy to have a service adviser look at your vehicle.
Hi Tami, the cost for a tire rotation is $19.99. we don't take appointments. everything we do is a first come first serve basis. Come on in any time and we will be glad to take care of your vehicles needs.
