This is the coolest Hat shop in the USA. Stop in and watch then form a hat and them ask questions about the amazing hats they make and sell. if you want a Watson Hat, they are expensive but they a gem of a hat to have in your wardrobe. even if you aren't in the market for a new hat, I recommend you stop in and browse.

I had a custom hat done by Eric. I called and talked to him about what I was looking for. I am overwhelmed by the craftsmanship that went into this hat. The attention to detail is hard to even put to words. For only telling him how I was going to use the hat and the general things I wanted on it he made it all tie together better then I'd ever dream of. The band was a perfect choice in what I was looking for and the bound edge ribbon compliments the hat color perfectly. And if the outside wasn't enough the lining of the hat is just as stellar. You guys really hit it out of the park with this. I am so pleased and very proud to be able to wear such a work of art. Thank you very much for the hard work you put into this hat. It was worth the wait 100 times over. You have earned a lifelong customer; I hope to work with you again in the future. I could not recommend Watson's enough if you're in the market for a truly one-of-a-kind custom hat.

Brother in law purchased a Panama straw hat custom made. Nice quality hats for all! Excellent service and a unique experience.

The hats are perfect, but somehow the customer service is even better! Whether you know exactly what you want or you have no idea, you will leave feeling great about your purchase. Highly recommend!

Hi Todd, Yes, we can provide the service to replace both your sweatband and the liner. Both will have our signature gold eagle and Watson logo. Please call our shop during business hours to discuss the options and go over more in detail. Thank you for reaching out to us! Emily Watson
Yes they do.
Steaming and cooling helps to tighten the beaver fur together. We also have a secret sauce that helps to bind and stiffen our hats so they hold their shape longer.
Depends if it is Western or Dress. Western hats usually are between 4.5 - 5.5 inches in the front, depending on the crown style. Some westerns such as older traditional styles can be up to 6. Dress hats, or fedoras, typically never exceed 4.5 inches and 4 is the most common across the board.
Absolutely. Gus crowns are fun because we don't have a block mold for that and we get to hand shape it! We can do a tradition gus, medium gus, or level gus.
