I am a new resident who moved in a couple weeks ago. I have been working with Courtney in the front office, who has been nothing but a blessing. Any concern or question I have is quickly and efficiently handled. She goes beyond being a professional, and ensures I feel heard and am happy with every resolution presented. Beyond the office staff, the few interactions I’ve had with maintenance have been just as fulfilling. Very happy with my decision to live here!

Shai, Courtney, and the rest of the office & maintenance staff have been so wonderful. We recently decided to make the switch to an upgraded unit within the complex and they made things so easy. Roach Motel

Lovely roach friends. Do you love calling and emailing the office with no one to respond but have them send you a “how did we do?” survey? Asking to have exterminators on a daily to come assist with issues? A change of management like your changing your underwear? And by the way did I say roaches I mean multiplying friends daily when building needs to be fully exterminated. I love trying to cook in the kitchen and have roaches running past my food. But hey let them save your money for these beautiful casino game room renovations in the office. I wonder if our bugs friends will be playing games in there as well? The most over priced roach apartments. Think twice about renting here.
