Unwelcoming and passive aggressively rude. Don't bother coming here 8:15pm, 45 minutes before they close (9pm) because they're ready to go home by 8:40pm with the chairs stacked on all the tables. They'll say... "No Rush. No Rush." But clearly they don't want you there as they'll also blast music from the kitchen to let you know you're not welcome. The staff needs a class on customer service and hospitality. It's sad really, because I used to really enjoy coming here 4-5 times per week. But in the last 6 months the inconsistencies with getting my orders correct and the poor customer service have driven me away. I would much rather spend my money at a restaurant that appreciates my patronage over one that views me as an annoyance. Oh. I almost forgot to mention... Don't bother asking for extra steak on your salad because they'll charge you over $12 for it (nearly the cost of an entire second salad). And then when you ask why it costs so much they'll blame it on inflation and refuse to give you your money back.

I been hearing a lot of about this place so I decided to try it for my self. We had a little of everything, The Sexy Salmon, The PH Burger, and the Blast Berry Bowl. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients. I would definitely come back! Next time the pancakes after leg day!

I ordered two items. I am only a few blocks away from them. Doordash screwed up on my order and did not deliver it. I called PH about it. Talked to the manager. Was not sympathetic to my situation in the slightest. There was nothing he said he could do. Did not try to help out in any way. Basically you paid for food you will never get. Thank you anyway. WORST customer service I have ever had. So I am out $40 bucks and starving. Day is going fantastic. Thank you so much PH. Will NEVER order from here again! I will make sure my co-workers do not as well. I will spread the bad review to everyone I can. That is how bad this was handled!

OK so this review is gonna be a little bit long. I drove up and I saw a whole bunch of people that are very thin and look like they work out a lot. I'm a bigger woman but I like to try all kinds of food's including healthy food, so I found the vibe intimidating. I was with my son who convinced me to go in. When you enter protein house the music is loud but not so loud that you can't have a private conversation. The menu was a little confusing because there is so many different variations. My son ordered the impossible burger and I had the PH protein salad. The food was ready so fast that even though this was a sit down place (you can order to go also) the food was ready in like 10/ 15 min. The food was really good, we honestly had no complaints. The one thing that did rub me the wrong way was that a customer had a big spill and other customers helped that person but none of the staff did anything or say anything. They just watched as they worked. That was a little upsetting. But other then that it was great and I don't regret going in. I actually made plans with a vegetarian friend next week to go there.
