Sadly, my review has changed! The only person who is helpful is Gina my service advisor. Right now they cannot get any new Range Rovers. It's interesting that no one is interested in calling you back when they personally cannot profit from it. My Lease is finished September 1, 2022. NO ONE WILL EVEN PUT MY NAME ON A WAITING LIST. I just keep being told I need to buy the one I have. Very disappointing. They could learn a thing or two from the BMW dealership next door.

I Love my car! the service here is great. JD is my service advisor, he is so professional and friendly! Everyone I have dealt with here has been very accommodating. My service is performed quickly too. I recommend them.

I leased a Range Rover from Arrowhead Land Rover and had nothing but issues with their team finalizing the financing, getting my trade paid off, etc. I ended up not liking the Range Rover (mostly because it was too small for my needs). You cannot trade in a lease to anyone other than Land Rover. Arrowhead wanted to buy it back but instead I went to the Scottsdale location. They were wonderful. They were very professional, handled the purchase paperwork quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The sales manager apologized for the treatment I received at the other location and compensated me for my time to bring my vehicle to him (I live 40 miles away). Wonderful experience. Absolutely what I would expect from a high end luxury vehicle dealership. Thank you!

Wow, what a team! These guys (and gals) made the impossible, possible with a brand new white Defender of our dreams. From Mark the general manager to Jimmy the sales manager-genius to Jeff Anschell our sales person and lastly our business manager Terres, it was an AMAZING experience!
