The worst apartment ever! The elevator was down for months and it didn't fix even the day I move out, so I have to move my stuff by stairs! And the office was keep saying it will fix soon but in fact no one care!

I lived here for 10 mon. already moved out. Overrall my experience is not very happy due to managment team and utility bill here. 1. The leasing office staff started to ghost us after we submited application. We didn't get any updates until the day before move-in date, meanwhile we were keeping calling the office, or essex, no one gave us a solution. Luckily someone shift for our leasing agent helped us to complete the application. 1.1 At the move-in date I took my id and their staff verified it. After a few days they said something is missing so I sent the documents through email again. Then a few days later they send another notice that one more thing is missing and want me to send again😨It's exhausted to work with management team here 2. Utility doubled. I lived several apartments in bay area, usually utility for 2b2b is 100 per month. At lakeshore landing is 200, as they calculate sewer fee by whole building 3. The washer/dryer in our unit is not standard size, is mini size. Their staff didn't mention it.

Junior was so professional and accommodating especially because we were late. He gave us an abundance of information and was extremely knowledgeable about the property. I enjoyed our self guided tour also because the place was so quiet and clean and the people in the building seemed so nice and reserved. Thank you so much!

if you like getting your packages stolen and the apartment can't do anything because there's no cameras in the lobby to see who stole it, this place is for you! the security of the complex is not great, i had a few packages stolen already within the first few months living here. don't send packages here (only amazon because they put it in the mailroom in the amazon locker). gave it 2 stars because the staff are nice. there's no air conditioning, the design of the apartment is okay (the door opening to the bedroom blocks the door to the closet, so you have to close the bedroom door to get into the closet, it gets annoying imo), and parking in the evening is hard to find if you have another car (you get one free parking spot in the garage though). dogs are allowed in the complex so if you work from home, it can get noisy with the barking. this is my experience living here, it can differ from other people's experiences!
