Didn’t have a great time living here. Was way too overpriced for the amenities and services. 3900$ a month for a 1 bedroom doesn’t even get you a lockout service. Similar prices in NYC will get you a 24 hour doorman in Manhattan

Just as all the other previous tenants in these reviews have mentioned, 10000% don’t expect to get your deposit back and expect an additional charge on top of that. I scheduled a pre-move out inspection (which they proactively offer when you give notice to vacate) in which they state “gives you an opportunity to fix anything to avoid a charge.” The employee came by and examined the whole apartment including the walls/carpet. He told me to deep clean behind the stove/fridge and was actually surprised that the carpet looked brand new— reassuring me that I had nothing to worry about as long as the stove/fridge were good. Okay, great. We made sure to deep clean as instructed. Tell me why when we moved out, we were hit with $700+ of charges! Apparently we’re responsible for paying for their new paint job (we only lived there for 1 year and never put any decor on the walls. were we supposed to touch up their paint before we left??) and we were also responsible for a full carpet cleaning (even though shoes were NEVER worn in the apartment and the carpet was regularly cleaned). I just don’t see the point of offering a pre move-out inspection where you don’t mention any of these issues and end up surprising the tenant with hundreds of dollars worth of charges. Of course we’re going to leave with a bad taste in our month lol. Not to mention, when I shared this info with them over email, they ghosted me for almost a month and I had to follow up with them 3 times in order to get a response. Just very disappointed with my experience here.

Been living here for a year, building 410. Overall not bad, but some significant improvement areas. Good: 1. Apartment is very new, appliances are top quality. 2. Very close to Caltrain, but if you happen to live in a room facing Caltrain, it’s really loud Bad: 1. Even after a year, hallway still smells like new construction. I know it’s a new building, but it’s been a whole year already.. 2. Trash room is sometimes pretty gross, the trash shoot fill up all the way from ground to 2nd floor 3. Heard some stories about stolen mailroom packages, I don’t understand why management can’t install a key fob on mail room. --- Moved out after living here for 2 years, few more points to add: Good: 1. Management installed key fob to mail room, hopefully no more stolen packages. 2. AT&T fiber to apartment available at a pretty good price, I got $50/month for 1000Mbps 3. EV charging available in garage Bad: 1. Got charged by $450 move out cleaning fee. I didn't hire a professional cleaning team to clean the place, but I still did my best to clean the place. I didn't drill any hole in wall but still got charged a hefty paint fee. 3. They completely closed the leasing office, now there seems to be no staff onsite. I wanted to borrow a key fob to get my AmazonHub package after I moved out, I was informed there's no person onsite that can help me. 3. Caltrain is still really really annoying, especially if your apartment is west facing. 4. Hallway still smells like construction after 2 years, trash room still gross.

Do not live here. The management is very bad. It doesn't deserve the price. Someone is parking in my paid place, and the resident office refuses to issue a tow but suggesting that I take other people's spots. What worse is they didn't told you at first place the there is nothing they can't do but lieing let you wait in the late night to wait for a safe guard to deal with it. When we tried to call again, the staff lied again told us the car was moved. But when we went to the garage, that car is still there. They treat residents like some dumbs. Horrible experience!
