NorCal imaging was great! I'm really happy they took my not so great insurance...and did so happily! The wait was a little bit long but not too bad...less than an hour. It just happened to be a busy day. The waiting room is quite comfortable, and the bathrooms are very clean, which is always a plus! The entire front desk staff was friendly, considerate, and thoughtful and didn't make me feel bad for asking if my appointment would be much longer. But it really didn't take that long overall. The walk from the waiting room into the ultrasound room I must comment on because it was very pretty. Somebody designed that hallway very nicely and deserves credit for that! There are little wall inlets and they've taken special care to put beautiful vases and flowers in the inlets which was just such a nice touch. I really appreciate that kind of aesthetic and it's not something you see all that often at medical facilities. The ultrasound tech was also very sweet. She definitely knew what she was doing and had a very nice manner about her. The whole experience was very nice. Highly recommended!

The front desk was so friendly and happy, even for 7:30 in the morning. Would have been nice to have the MRI gal to tell me to take off my mask during the procedure. It wasn’t needed and I was extremely uncomfortable. Beside that experience everyone was very nice.

It's nearly impossible to make an appointment, because no one answers the phone. Once you make an appointment, everything went well. There is parking outside, which is convenient. The checkin process went smoothly and with very little wait. I wish there was a little more guiding about the MRI process. It's an absolute torture and I wish I was more prepared for it. I could have drunk some calming tea before. I felt that my ears were not covered enough from the crazy sound, and my pony tail behind my head could have been taken off, because it gave me a bad headache from not moving with the loud sound.

I am so pleased with my experience this morning. The intake person was very efficient and friendly. I mentioned I also needed an x-ray besides my ultrasound but I did not have the order. She suggested I call the Dr. and have the order sent. I did this and after my ultrasound she found the order and within minutes I had the x-ray. I spent only a half hour there for 2 procedures. The intake person at window 1 was great and I thanked her when I left. Sorry I don’t know her name. The technicians were also friendly and efficient!

That never happened to me
Worst phone service ever. It takes forever to call and get an answer.
