Quick service. Easy parking. A little confusing to find the first time. Did have problem with ending my service. They kept trying to bill my credit card after closing account and sent numerous annoying emails to me that they could not.

Hello, I was at Xfinity Store for about an hours (02/23/22), I waited for service and was wondering around check on some phone and accessory too. I touch an accessory and it just fall of the display shelf and try to pick it up. The first thing An Assistance Store Manager came over telling me not to take that accessory. I was like "WHY ARE YOU ACCUSING ME" of taking that Accessory? Did you see what happen? Every hostile toward the costumer. Then when it come to provide service I asked if I can get someone else for assistance instead of you, "HE" was not happy and give me the look of a trouble maker....Y? I really try hard to support local store, but my friends was right...OAKLAND, CA Xfinity Store are just "BAD". I was trying to get a Sim Card that was suppose to send to my home, end up get a "BAD" experience. THX., j.,

Issue should have been resolved if not there's also store located in Emeryville in the Bay Street Mall
They always mess up something there. I've been quoted one price on a bill or phone upgrade through their online help and go to the store and then it's way more and I'm told I have to order online anyway. The service sucks never have 4g and the internet runs so slow. They won't even give you the price you have to pay to upgrade without having to run a credit check which is absurd. When I had TMobile you were told the cost to upgrade which is the tax you'll have to pay for the new device, no need for a credit check to do that.

Okay , the Comcast/Xfinity Wi-Fi is up and running and in the early morning hour's I've noticed the speed is right there for what I'm paying.. I usually lose my connection sometimes and my phone switches to mobil data then switches back to Comcast data which is really frustrating
