What a great experience working with Terry Moore on leasing a gorgeous three bedroom at this property. He is a very kind understanding manager that really cares about your needs and concerns. Very old school. We found an impeccable home that has been kept in pristine condition. So far we have not had any issues at all. John who is the maintenance manager, completes any requested work orders at lightning speed. We were a little iffy about the neighborhood but that is a minor issue given that this is a gated community. All in all it's been a delight to be calling Rio Antigua home for a good long while.

I’ve tried calling multiple times for the past 3 days and wrote and email on there website to see if they’ve gotten back to me I've left voice messages and nothing. And I can’t just walk in to leasing office cause it’s gated. I was calling about information on an upcoming unit becoming available soon. What a great leasing office that doesn’t respond and or call back to potential new residents. Really unprofessional

A great place to live. We haven't had any issues here at all. Modern and comfortable apartments, updated appliances and the premises are always clean and presentable. Each unit comes with a backyard and designated parking spots. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Josh, the community manager, is amazing. He is great to work with and is very friendly and professional. The community is now gated so that is another plus. The rent is well worth the comfort, safety, and amenities at Rio Antigua!

Manager is unaware of the laws set forth by the Arizona landlord tenant act. Failed to send my move out statement with the time given. Just because he was "on vacation" guess the A.R.S laws dont apply to Josh the manager!!!
