My experience with this dealership has been excellent. From the sales person who found the right used car for me to the service personnel and every other employee I spoke with, everyone was professional, friendly, patient with all of my questions, helpful, and respectful. No one was the least bit pushy. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and I felt good about giving them my business. I look forward to having my car serviced there as well, as I know it will also be a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle online. This purchase was sight unseen, without ever even sitting in a CR-V or kicking the tires. We previously owned a 2000 Odyssey so I had confidence in the brand and I liked what I saw on the road. The e-mail price quoting process went very smoothly and I was comfortable with the pricing. I placed a reservation deposit on the vehicle on 01/25/2022 and took delivery on 05/23/2022. In the four months the only time I had communication with my Sales Consultant regarding delivery updates was when I contacted him every three or four weeks. I think that communication could have been a little better. About three months prior to taking delivery we found a YouTube video detailing all of the functions and aspects of the vehicle so we had a pretty good idea of what to expect when we first sat in the vehicle. The Sales Consultant did not spend a lot of time orienting us to the vehicle which was really fine with us as we had a pretty good idea of what to expect, but he did ask us if we had any questions. In any event I do consider this to be a successful transaction of which I am happy I waited out the four months.

I went in at opening to look at a used 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring, and as I was looking at the vehicle, our sales associate, Aaron, came back telling us that we could not test drive. He told me that someone called in just before we arrived and made a reservation over the phone. I was rather upset because I went online the morning before to make an appointment for this vehicle but did not hear back from the dealership. It was not Aaron's fault that this had happened so he spoke with the GM, Paul. Paul came out and explained the situation, offered to bring the vehicle to me for a test drive if it did not get purchased at the appointment. He also offered to work with us if we wanted to consider a new vehicle. At this point I was fairly closed off to the idea because of how things had gone to this point. After leaving to think things over and grab some coffee, I decided to come back and speak to Paul about their inventory and my situation. At this point, everything turned around. Paul and Aaron were great with working with me effectively and efficiently to look over the vehicle, test drive, and go over my trade-in and purchase options. I told them I had my own financing pre-approved and it was smooth sailing from there. I worked with Mario in finance who was friendly, not pushy whatsoever (compared to some dealerships I've dealt with), and helpful in making the paperwork quick and easy. I did not anticipate buying a new vehicle but the vehicle was just what I needed at a fair and affordable price. This dealership is far different from any other dealership I've dealt with before and I was glad to have worked with Aaron, Paul and Mario.

Eddie was great to work with! He is great at communicating and keeping me up to date on the status of my car. He would text me with updates and I could text him with questions. It was so handy to have that open communication. Plus he went above and beyond. I had some concerns about how to turn off a notification (that could have been a deal breaker) and he researched and went out of his way to figure it out. He was able to resolve the issue and made me very happy! Plus he was very personable- he would joke around with us and made the experience a great experience. I can’t say enough good things about Eddie! Plus Charlie (the sales manager) was great too! I originally got matched up with a salesman that wasn’t very good so I worked with Charlie until Eddie came on (I was SO happy when my account went to Eddie). Charlie was super helpful and also went above and beyond. He had a “we buy” go through after 5pm on the weekend so we didn’t have to keep coming back. Both were super great to work with and I was very happy.

Well, that car was for my daughter, 4 cyl for her, me maybe but I am currently paying for a Pathfinder 2005, I would if I had no vehicle for me! Thank you for the offer, I do like Ford, had a Freestyle and sold it 266,000 miles and still had engine for another 50k
