I've shopped at the Boston location on several occasions and have always had great service. I was in Providence yesterday and decided to stop by this location to purchase two gifts. One of the managers there, Stacy, was very rude and somewhat condescending. The security guard seemed nice, but as for the rest of the staff....I was not at all impressed. I will never shop at this location again.

Everyone at the Tiffany store in Providence Place Mall is always so pleasant and friendly. I did some Christmas shopping there last week and I’d like to thank and recognize Cheryl C for helping me pick the right gifts for my family members. They only sell Tiffany & Co. Bags. They do not buy bags back. That goes for Jewelry as well.
We do clean Tiffany & Co. Silver only. Cleaning is complementary can only get out surface issues, for a deep polish we send it out to our repair center for a polish. There is a charge for that. Just bring in the items in at any time and customer service can help. We are open 10 to 8 Monday to Saturday, 11 to 6 Sunday
