Marie and I moved into Atlas at the end of April and things have been great! Pool, hot tub, pizza oven, grilling, the 41st… I could continue with so many amenities and conveniences. But one of the best parts of Atlas is ALFONSO! Alfonso is more than a leasing agent. Alfonso is a great person. He made Atlas feel like not just a home, but a community. I look forward to others joining the party!

We’ve been living at Atlas for five months now and we couldn’t be happier! The amenities here are top-notch. The gym and lounge at the 41st floor (tallest building in Oakland!) have breathtaking views. The building has everything, pet park and spa, hot tub, swimming pool, co-working lounge, grill and so many more. The residents are friendly and comprises mostly of young professionals. But the best part of Atlas is Alfonso. He made us feel so welcome and he’s so accommodating. Alfonso is the best!!

I have been a resident at Atlas for about a month now and have absolutely enjoyed my time so far. My boyfriend and I visited most of the new apartments in downtown Oakland and this was by far our favorite. There were so many different layouts to choose from and we are happy with our choice of a 1b/1b with a den space that acts as a home office / guest room. The amenities are A+, the staff is wonderful and helpful, and the community here is so friendly! Truly feels like a luxury apartment that I feel lucky to live in. Thank you Alfonso for your time and effort to help us get settled here and find our favorite unit!

Alfonso was incredibly knowledgeable and patient in helping us choosing our new home. Units are beautiful and have the most stunning views of the Bay and Lake Merritt . He has also been fantastic through the entire process. The team made us feel welcome, amenities were the best of all the apartments we toured. The gym and sunset lounge are 10/10. I would recommend Atlas to anyone seeking a modern lifestyle with resort-like comfort. Thanks Atlas team and especially huge thank you to Alfonso for all the assistance and support!
