Initially, I had a good experience BUT then I started to notice how they were dropping the ball on quality control of repairs - charging me high prices for work without get my pre-authorization & not respecting my time commitment in taking vehicles to their shop by getting everything done right at once, as discussed - You had to check to make sure you actually got what you paid for - they just pushed your vehicle out - no review of work performed - When I'd bring it to their attention - I was told "Just come back and we do next time" - The Worst Customer Service I had ever experienced! - The Wife of owner has VERY POOR communication skills, She should definitely get another job elsewhere - Abrupt, Curt, Raises her voice & Hangs up on you - EXTREMELY RUDE! Finally - They then Refused to cure defective issues of shoddy incomplete work performed - She told me they would not provide any further warranty on work performed & that they no longer wanted my business - "Take your vehicles to another place!" - Left me in a very stressful bind with my fleet vehicles not running properly. Instead, Go to ROYAL LIMO REPAIR for professional treatment & Great Customer Service Experience!
