We have toured 7 different apartments in Oakland in this month and just had a great experience today of having my tour with Diamond at the Broadstone Axis. I would love to personally thank to Diamond for her kind, professional, and helpful feedback about the property. She is well prepared and knowledgeable about the building and leasing processes. I highly recommend this property and look forward to my residency with Broadstone Axis!

I was strongly considering moving to Oakland and this is one of the properties I scheduled a tour with. Upon arrival Staff members were super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions in depth. It’s located in a super convenient area walking distance to entertainment spots which is what I was looking for. If I ever make the move I will definitely be living here! Clean, big and reasonable rent.

Let me start by saying that Diamond, the leasing agent I worked with is top notch. Once I moved in, the nightmare began. Some highlights of the issues I encountered: * my bike was stolen within 2 weeks of residency (it was stolen from a locked room with a lock on it) * Incorrect information being provided regarding amenity costs by property assistant regional manager ( I asked about bike storage and she said it was no charge, when indeed there was.) * Stolen packages due to lack of proper setup of the Parcel Pending system (I have proof of packages sitting unsecurely in open spaces) * The assistant property manager referencing my reserved parking spot as "first come, first served" when it was specified as reserved in my lease * Threatening messages placed on my vehicle regarding parking by security when I calmly and clearly asked them to contact me in the event a resident was parked in my spot on the evening of September 17, 2021 * Someone within the Broadstone Axis management team disclosing my private residential information in open public on September 22, 2021, violating my privacy and further compromising my safety (they put my apartment number on a crudely put together paper sign, again I have this documented) * Trash sitting in the hallways for days

I just moved into Broadstone Axis a few days ago, and am very pleased with my experience so far. From touring the place a few weeks ago to moving in, Kandyce and Diamond have been extremely helpful in answering all my questions! Looking forward to the rest of the year here!
