Made a reservation the day before. No car when we arrived, told to come back at 4pm. Go back, no car. While in lobby, at least 2 other people were given cars with the excuse they had "pre-existing" rsv. Our rsv wasn't "pre" enough and they said they had no cars available for "same-day" rental despite our having a confirmation AND calling the main number that assured us there was a car there for us. They told us to try the airport but wouldn't call because they don't have visibility into their stock, or something. We called and found the rate was 2x what we booked. Had to ask they contact another location to check and after some resistance she finally--supposedly--texted the GM of another location, who also supposedly said they had no cars available. The (manager?) then said they would call on Tuesday when they *might* have a car (this was Thursday). Not impressed with their service and kinda feel there's something sneaky going on at this location. Now, I say "supposedly " above because we just happened to be near the other location and popped in just to see. We were outta there with a car, at the price we booked in less than 10min and ZERO hassle!

I forgot to ask for the name of the gentleman that helped me; Saturday morning! 5.1.2021 11:30 a.m. Wonderful customer service! He handled the floor very well! Phones were ringing as I walked in and he made a point to acknowledge me and greet me, thank you. Now onto a wonderful adventure with family this weekend! ❤

Guys, seriously, this is the best rental car place and staff in all of Tucson! Their job is hard and often times thankless. Just listen for a bit to the customers they have to handle while your are there. There's a lot of unrealistic expectations and sticky situations they're forced to navigate. But let me tell you, they've never let that get to them in all the times I've been there and they are absolutely fantastic to me every single time I walk in. I work for Arizona Baptist Children's Services and cover some office throughout the state a couple times a month, so I pick up a car from them each time I do. They are so well managed it's ridiculous. If they don't have a car ready for me, I've literally watched the manager go wash and clean it for me! Who does that?! If they can get me in a slightly nicer car for the day, they do it. Always pleasant, quick, and courteous...I can't say enough good things about this team. If you need a rental car, look no further! I'll throw up a couple pictures of a gorgeous Dodge Charger they recently put me in.

Don't forget debit cards are charged 250 or so upfront and then they refund you when you return the car
If they accept the license you will have to pay extra for the other driver. Be prepared for them to exert a lot of pressure on you to buy their insurance. I think 15% of their net profit comes from that. Also any manager can over ride corporate policy.
