Five star experience at the Firestone on W. Ina in Tucson on February 2nd 2022. My service advisor Brandon was very professional. He walked me through the purchase process and applied all available coupons and discounts. Thank you Brandon. I wish more people had your work ethic and professionalism.

I received a verbal quote of lifetime alignment for $179 a couple weeks ago, and I made an appointment for today. When I dropped off my car, I showed the front desk staff, Mike that I received a text coupon of $20 from Firestone. Mike acknowledged and said he would apply the coupon when I came back. When I picked up my car, I was charged $191 after tax. I asked if the $20 coupon was applied, Mike said the original price was $199, so it was $199 - $20 = $179 + tax = $191. I was not happy because that was not what I had expected. When I had gotten the quote of $179, there had not had a coupon. I told Mike that I was quoted for $179, not $199. He ignored it. I knew that the conversation would not go anywhere, so I took the car and left. Guess what? The car is still pulling to one side. It’s slightly better than before the service. I was not happy! This was my first time I had a service at Firestone and it did not end well. I filed a complaint at Firestone website, and I was told an area manager would contact me later. 2 hours later, Mike called and asked me to come back to the store to discuss the price and alignment issues. I declined because I don’t want to deal with him anymore. There is no point of coming back. Price manipulation is not something new to me. They can type any numbers on the computer and print out a receipt. I have had many experiences like this before, and all I got are frustration and headaches. Lesson learned, move on, and pick a different shop next time.
