Great location. I have rented vehicles for more than two years from this location. I have not had a bad experience in that time. The cars are always clean and the employees are always professional and helpful. I do make sure that I look ahead at my area events calendar. The area/city has a lot of big events and rental cars will be in short supply. I do know that without prior planning I can expect that there will be a limited number of cars available and probably not cheap anywhere in town. Again, great location and experience...

Had a car rental booked here they called me in the morning to say they will have a car at 3 pm they are picking them up from the airport. They asked to call back at 3 pm, I called then and the guy goes like I have nothing for you. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. You may book a car here but you might not get it.

Be careful. They will charge you nearly 10.00 a gallon if you forget to fill it. And you will get automated calls from the Hertz company saying that the car is overdue when you return it before it was due. And, there is no working with you if you purchase your rental online through Priceline. I watched these guys here assist a man and helping him get discounts when he needed the rental and was short on the deposit. They would not work with me at all because I purchased the rental through Priceline. This company will *&%$# you in the #@%*! Be careful. I will never rent from this company again. It is much safer, better customer service, and WAY LESS EXPENSIVE to rent a car from Avis or Dollar or Budget at the airport.

Worst experience ever! My husband and I showed up 30 minutes early and the car was not ready yet, but they started charging us at that moment even though the car was not ready for another hour. When we asked about the charges, they denied it, even though we had gotten an email notification of the new charges. We asked for the car to be cleaned and sealed as promised by Hertz. The staff person left to go do that and returned 1 hour later. We observed him just driving around the parking lot for 10 minutes before coming back into the store. The car was not sealed as promised and the outside of the car very dirty. There was no gas in the car. Meanwhile the other customers in the store were not helped either. Two people had been waiting over 2 hours to pick up their reserved cars; another older gentleman was expecting a car paid for by an insurance company that was somehow not in their computer, but they could not take the time to help him figure it out. Other customers stepped up to offer assistance to him. They would say "just give us a minute", but then not help anyone waiting. No apologies, no customer service at all. We are Gold card members and have never experienced a location as disrespectful and unpleasant to deal with. We would not recommend using this location at all.
