Probably the most unprofessional location I have ever been too. There first come first serve policy is actually a joke. If you plan on purchasing any big furniture from this location, don’t. It will most likely get swiped from under you. There is no communication between employees and personally their customer service is null in void. My fiancé and I put a couch on hold there and was never told that we could purchase and hold any items. We were told it was first come first serve. We called in the morning to see if it was available and we had the okay. We rented a truck and carved out a time frame to go get it, by the time we got there we were told us was sold yesterday and is being held. If you are not going to uphold your “rules” with every customer, don’t have them.

The selection is huge. A tad more than I want to spend on most items, but yes, I did make purchases and I am pleased with them.

Employees greet on entry to store, a sanitizer is taking care of the carts, very friendly staff all wearing masks. There are social distancing signage and traffic control markers on the floor everywhere, maybe even slightly too much, got a little confusing but definitely making the effort here so kudos. It was packed on my visit here on June 5th 1pm. Everything seemed pretty well stocked.
