This branch was once an example of customer service. They DO NOT CARE anymore. Make an appt or f off. 1 teller is all you get. It's a pathetic bank run by by people who either can or don't care.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Waited in line for 30 minutes for a teller to tell me she couldn't close my savings account. AND only ONE teller for the whole bank. There were several other bankers in the branch not even offering to help. Not only that but many of the branches are closed which makes even finding an open BOA a challenge. Bank of America will be losing a customer!

Went in to get something notarized really quick and you have to make an appointment, we do all of our business and personal banking with BofA and our line of business is real estate so this is super inconvenient. We walked into Wells Forgo who we don’t even bank with and they notarized it for us instead and right away.

After being a customer for 16 years I’ve finally had enough. I waited patiently for almost half an hour in line while not being acknowledged once, then once I got to the front wasn’t even looked at and was told to wait while the clerks talked amongst themselves without even making eye contact with me. All I wanted to do was change 3 dome rolls for 5 dollar bills. This was a punch to the gut as I’m dealing with my mother whom recently passed affairs, it was as if they truly didn’t care about my customer experience. There was even a manager on duty who did nothing but look at the line of people blankly. I left, without my transaction, Once I am able I will be closing my account.
