I wish that I could give a better review for this practice, but I cannot. From the moment that I walked into the building during the month of February, I knew that I was not going to have a good experience. The building itself had a vibe which reeked that it was both residential and commercial. However, that was barely an issue and was easy to get past. Once I made it to the front desk, all of the women at the front desk looked very professional but seemed rather disinterested in their jobs and each other. I did not meet or see a doctor this day. I simply filled out a form on their tablet, and was escorted into the back room. While being escorted, the vibe of the corridor that led to the back room just gave me bad energy. Finally, I met the physician's assistant, and I knew that I was going to be in trouble. She had mangy hair and was very unkempt. She did not look professional at all. I was there to get BOTOX in my forehead for $200, as they ran a promo for that procedure. The young lady had no idea what I was talking about, after she asked me how do I usually get BOTOX in my forehead (shouldn't she know?). I was shocked that she was not knowledgeable of anything regarding Dermatology at all. However, it is not her fault because she is not the doctor nor the dermatologist. Depending on what your procedure is going to be, go here at your own risk. However, I would never recommend anyone that I socialize with to come here at all. Good luck!
