Concentration is the key if you're working these places unless you're on the airpods and don't care about your customers that are trying to order. Lazy people working there with no manager. It seems like the other person just started or didn't understand what was being ordered.

Generally Love Dunkin! THIS particular Dunkin was less than friendly, when there. This employee did not want to be there and let it show. Hope it's a one time thing as most employees are warm and friendly at most DDs.

I stop here on my way to visit my mom who is in assisted living. She likes a cup of coffee and a chocolate donut. I get to the store around 6pm. Every time I come the place looks like there was just a mad rush of customers....floor and counter dirty and they have like 1 donut. Good thing I love my mom.
