Rude employees. I asked for help locating an item and both the employee working at the cashier and a floor employee were on their phones during their shifts. When I said "excuse me, can you help me locate this item? The website says it's in stock?" both of the employees told me to look around the store myself without looking at my phone to see what the item was. I took another lap around the store and returned to ask for assistance again. The floor employee told me that if I can't find it, then I should just look harder. The cashier rudely told me she's not allowed to leave the register and that I should ask someone else for help, even though I was one of the only customers in the store and I asked her if there is a system she can look it up in. I will not be returning to this location and hope for better management.

Garden state plaza store only has kids clothes up to size 10!!! Which is ridiculous considering their sizes go up to 20! American Dream mall has a much better store, twice as big, waaaaaaaay better selection, nicer staff

Stephanie, was my cashier. Hostile demeanor, shouted to come forward to her register in an unfriendly manner, then as she was wrapping up snatched the H&M bag and threw it on the counter for me to pick up. Stephanie is clearly taking out her bad day on the customers and creating a negative shopping experience. Gave feedback to the manger, Natasha was empathetic and understanding.

The store was neat and orderly. I went to this store to shop for clothes for my son. Their kids department is smaller with less selection than at other H&M stores I have visited.
