After i got my lotion,perfume, and candle i went to checkout. This white girl said it was $20.13 so i gave her $40 cause i didn’t have no change then she gonna ask me do i have change and i said no then this dummy gonna ask “do you wanna take something off?” i said sure and i took my lotion and perfume off. I’m still mad and that was a Saturday, i still want my stuff and if she sees this your a dummy for asking me do i have change when i obviously gave you a $40 and you asked me do i want to take something off.

The sad thing is....i been coming to this mall for many many years and one thing that has not changed is the same employee from bath and body that always come with attitude. Tall skinny red head lady (had long hair now has short). Always with an attitude. Never smiling and looks very judgemental. Made me feel uncomfortable everytime i walked in with my wife. I overheard someone ask for help and the energy is awful that she brings out. Every other employee is always so nice and she makes the store look dissapointing. Not here to say bad things but this goes on everytime we walk in and maybe she needs some serious customer service training again so this is my reason i had to write a review.Sad. We now deal with GSP Bath and Body.
