When I called the guy that answered acted as I was bothering him... I asked his fee for a 1page document. He sighed heavily & asked if I needed mobile? I said "no"...then he provided the price first FOR mobile then gave a price if I was coming to his location. After thanking him..he sighed Again...I might have caught this guy on a "bad" day.
