Does anyone know if the courts are completing their hearings virtually, and if so, is there a number where it can be rescheduled? Or a number where an actual person may answer?

The answer to your first question is yes. The hearing is held via WebEx. If you have a question you don't ask a question over the Internet you go directly to the court so you get first-hand information. Good luck!
How will I know that my case has been transferred from prairieland Detention Center in Texas to San Francisco because when I call Texas the said it has been transferred already

Call the EOIR hotline and enter 1. Then enter your Alien number. From there follow the prompts (I believe three 1s) and it will let you know the location, time and date of your next master hearing.

There is no public parking in the building, but there are several nearby private garages you can park at. Parking in downtown San Francisco is expensive.
