55 plus community. We stayed in May and had no problems getting a pull thru site. Sites are pretty spacious and well kept. Pool looked refreshing but we didn't use it. They have a cable box for free cable. Just need to ask at the desk and put a deposit on the equipment and they reimburse you when you check out. Everyone was friendly. The camp host took us to our site and helped me get into the spot. Would stay here again. We have a 40 ft 5th wheel and had plenty of room for the dually, our car and motorcycle.

This is a great park with lots of amenities and beautiful mountain views. Segauro National Park is very close by.

We stayed overnight. The camp hosts met us on Sunday. They helped us get to the site. The park is friendly and very clean!! Recommended to everyone!!

Very nice place. People were friendly & welcoming. The gentleman who showed us to our campsite was so nice!! I had injured my foot & asked if we could move closer to the showers & he immediately relocated us. We would definitely return to this place!

Yes there are individual boxes for each rv site in clubhouse.
Depends on the size of the mobile. A dbl wide is $450. The trash, sewer and water is on a separate bill. Hope this helps.
It's a wonderful place to stay. Whether you are passing through or for a period of time, everyone is so welcoming and there is plenty of things to do. Its spotless which is very important too.
Raleigh Jay will be here on Friday, November 17th at 7 p.m. He will be playing Cowboy Music that evening, so plenty of dancing music, of course!
