We had stayed here twice before but it seems something is very amiss with their business now. We have tried unsuccessfully for over a week to reach them to make reservations and here is what we found: 1) where their website says "book now" and you click the link, it takes you to a Reader's Digest article! 2) on their site is a place to send them a message; we did, no response since then - over a week ago 3) they don't list a phone number so we searched the web and found one number that is apparently only for a fax - we tried calling it at all different times and it's only a fax number 4) we finally sent them a fax days ago and still no reply 5) there is no email listing to reach them with How can they stay in business with no way for their potential customers to reach them? They obviously don't WANT to talk to anyone or they'd supply a phone number and email address. With two messages to them (via their website and also, a fax) it seems they don't want to respond to people who are trying to reach them. We give up and will find somewhere else and probably never try this place again though we come to the area often.

We had chosen another rv park to stay at solely because we couldn't get a hold of the business. Any time we called, the phone line was connected to a fax machine. So the day before we set out for the other rv park in Safford, I sent a Facebook message and of course it was read but not responded to, so I called again and same thing. So 2 stars because after we got to town and set up I drove by of course. It looks well shaded but they don't have an operating phone and screened my message. Also if you go to the website to book your stay it takes you to something else completely unrelated. So there's that.

We stayed here for a week in our VW Campervan. We’re used to being the ugly duckling at most RV parks so we didn’t have high expectations, but MONA was the best damn campground/RV park host I’ve ever met. We got there really late, having mechanical issues of course, and starving and Mona kindly heated us up some AMAZING food. Every time there was a small issue, I needed help with something she was available and extremely friendly and really made that place feel like home. Our site was clean, bathrooms were very nice, rec room was really cool, and the place was overall very affordable. THANK YOU Mona and your little dog too!!!!! You both are the best!!!!

We were supposed to have my sons birthday party at a park but the weather had other plans. I called to see if they could rent out their clubhouse for a couple hours, they were very accommodating! Fair pricing and had some yard type games there which helped entertain the kids. It was a great place! We will definitely rent the space again! Thanks so much!
