Ice cream Machine’s always down, No Mozzarella Sticks, Customer Service was good but then the burger I got had old cheese

Went to drive thru at 10:10 pm, menu lights were on, there was someone in the restaurant, yet no one spoke thru the speaker and tried to make it seem like they were closed with the menu lights on. This is 2nd time this has happened at this location Very unprofessional for a business to do this. OWNER IF YOU ARE READING THIS, GET YOUR CREW IN SHAPE. POSTED TO CLOSE IS TIME FOR RESTAURANT TO CLOSE IS AT 11PM.

I love Burger King just not this location! My fries are always cold. My burgers look like the employees just throw them together and look sloppy. They also don't put very much condiments in the burger. I also agree with other reviews that some of the employees are rude.

Place is trash. They don’t do mobile orders, no shakes, and the little Hispanic child didn’t make it any easier by saying, “we don’t do those” I’m a customer just like everyone else I’m not sure why these kids talk to me like I’m their cousin or an equal but I’m going to Sprouts for now on. PLEASE AVOID THIS REJECTORY facility at all costs even if it comes with a false rewards discount. Thanks….
