Fries was cold, chicken sandwiches was just a bun a little lettuce and a nasty chicken patty. Don't even taste like chicken. That was cold too. Didn't even get a receipt. Couldn't take it back if I wanted to.... C'mon.... Really guys!!!

Went in to order food and use the restroom with my 4yo, after the experience with the individual insisting I need to purchase food before my toddler is allowed to use the toilet I decided not to even bother with the food. I realize the area is not great in terms of homeless and addict population but I will never again return to an establishment where I need to argue about my child using the restroom.

Generally, place is clean, comfortable, inviting. But since when do walk-in restaurants close at 8 p.m.? Not good business practice. Had to downgrade due to visit here earlier today. Store manager stood 2 feet from entrance, smoking, didn't offer to hold open door for wheelchair access. Alternate door was locked. No biscuits for breakfast. No milkshakes.

Today's experience involved a flat and watered down coke and missing chicken nuggets. This BK is hit or miss. Sometimes okay and sometimes not good. Aside from the unprofessional greeting at the drive thru. I love BK but this location aint it.
