I've not had good experience with this place, especially when it comes to customer service. I usually go to another location out of the way. I have even called the burger King number to let them know how bad the service is and how high one employee was (I wouldn't normally, but the guy dumped out all the food while trying to hand me several bags at once and basically shrugged it off and closed the drive thru window.) Now, they have a sign saying the menu prices are probably higher.

Young, immature, and rude teenagers work there. They kinda made me feel like they would spit in my food. They gave me my food and kept giggling, like they did something to my food.I am never going there again. I dont recommend this particular Burger King !!!!

Every time I go to a Burger King in this neighborhood, the service is terrible. The staff have an "I don't care" attitude, and they never get the order correct. NEVER. I tried calling to speak to the manager, and no one answers the phone. I have complained to the corporate office several times and never get results. Was supposed to get a call back and a refund and got neither. How hard is it to read a screen and make the food accordingly? Last I checked, fast food was not rocket science!
