I love this place ! But I came into a bad Experience during my lunch time and employee Angie was so rude ! I simply asked a question about my order and she made such a ugly face and said the order she was prepping was not mine. Then as I was proceeding to pay she shoved my food to me then saw her go to the back staff , I could hear them talking about me while I was getting my order in my bag ! Such horrible customer service ! Then started laughing when we asked another employee for her name. Please get your staff on a professional level.

I ordered the Don Quixote Salad and switched out the chicken for shrimp instead and added spice to the avocado - very spicy (and I like spice) but tasty! Also subbed the ginger dressing it came with for the cilantro lime instead because it was a bit healthier. Prickly pear lemonade is always my fav drink here. Friendly, fast staff too.

My mom, husband and I had lunch at MAD Greens on a weekday and were very pleased! The ambiance of the restaurant is casual, fun and comfortable. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and have great recommendations. I had the Bonnie Parker salad and I’m not sure I will ever stray from it! The mix of fruit and nuts in the greens was perfection. The pecans (I think) are coated in MAD Spice seasoning mix—so tasty I’ll probably pick up a bottle next time I’m in. 😁 My husband ordered the Ty Cobb with Chipotle Caesar dressing instead of bleu cheese and said it had just the right spicy kick in the bites. Loved the mint iced tea, too. They have quite the eclectic choice of sodas, but once I saw the tea choices, sodas were out the door. 😂 We will definitely go back. Oh, I somehow didn’t get the memo that the large salad is REALLY large! I think I could split it next time. Truth be told, my salad was soooo tasty, I finished The. Whole. Thing. By. Myself. I don’t even feel guilty. 😆 So, to wrap up, good eats & drinks, good environment, good people!

Mad greens on 7th ave and McDowell was easy to get to and there is parking right next to the restaurant. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff. There is a lot of different options of salad, bowls, and wrap combinations. I went with the Don Quixote it was delicious. It came with two options grilled chicken or shrimp. I went with the grilled chicken it was so delicious can’t wait to go back and try the salad with the shrimp.

Thanks for the question...we don't offer wifi at this time but know it's something we need to add soon.
They've got their policy listed on the website: https://www.madgreens.com/madnews/tasty-safety. Everyone wears a mask and gets their temperature checked, lots of sanitation in the dining room, limited table capacity, etc.
