We haven't been to Big Lots in years so we decided to do some Christmas shopping there. We were very disappointed. The stores dirty and a mess, a lot of things didn't have price tags on them and have been opened or returned and put back on the shelf. The store seems to he lacking pride and good management, the staff appears lazy and uninterested and take no pride on their store. There's lots of clothes, housewares, hygiene, furniture, jewelry, kid stuff, and toys, its got just about a little of everything. But they are way over priced for a bargain store. For example they had hot cocoa for a $1.99, its .88 cents and the grocery store. Only one person working the register so it was extremely slow. I will certainly never return and they followed me around like I was a thief. This Big Lots is located at 8001 West Lane in Stockton.

Store is a mess! There's backstock at every turn and some stacks look quite dangerous. Good deals none the less, but they could clean up a bit.
