Excellent customer service and instructions on how to operate the van. We rented for the first time today. My mother had a specialist appointment at a hospital. My mother had a massive stroke almost a year ago and is bedridden. Today was the first day my mother left her home without being in an ambulance. The appointment was a success and you should have seen all the smiles on my mother's face.What a very positive experience! Hello Skylar, Thank You for your question regarding your vehicle battery draw. As we discussed on our phone call, wheelchair conversion vans do have an additional battery draw. If the conversion system and the OEM vehicle are working correctly, it should power down to a sleep mode about 6 minutes from when you shut off the van. The sleep mode is designed to protect your battery from being drained by all of the electronic systems on your vehicle. Sleep mode will still draw a small amount of power from the battery, but if your battery is in good condition, the vehicle should be able to be stored in sleep mode for at least one or two weeks. I suggest that you have the current battery tested and the vehicle tested for amp draw to rule any possible issues with the system. I hope this answered your question.

Thank you for your question! Yes we do rent mobility scooters by the day at a rate of $35.00. Lifestyle Mobility also offers weekly and long term rates as well. The rental scooters are first come first serve and are portable for your convenience. We carry Golden and Pride scooters in our rental fleet and have many options on our sales floor to choose from when purchasing. Please contact our store for details on which models we have in inventory since they are constantly changing and being upgraded.
