I live really close to this CVS so I visit this store frequently and I really like shopping at this store, many times I just wander around looking at different items you would really expect to find at a pharmacy but the store is always clean and the employees are always very polite and professional and I’ve even had them take the time to explain the rewards point system to me and how that works so you know they are very patient cuz that was not an easy conversation to get me to understand!! The pharmacy is also very efficient and the employees in that area are always very knowledgeable and polite. They have a large selection of greeting cards so many times I go there to get cards for special occasions. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a item from the pharmacy or really most anything from food to electronics.

Incompetent. What do you do? Customer service is so bad everywhere. I picked up a prescription and had two over the counter items written down. The clerk assured me they would be ready when the prescription was. Picked it up, drove home. No OTC items. They don't care and did not offer a discount or delivery when I called about the error. It is so frustrating.

This is a five star rating for CVS. Not only did CVS have what I was looking for they had an ice cold beverages on an extremely hot day. But, what kick the rating over the edge was when I walked in there were playing Michael McDonald and the song was called "Sweet Freedom" this is an awesome song keep up the good work CVS
