This place was filled and popular. And it was much better than the last time I went. Fish was good. Fries are okay. Corn chowder was delicious. I love the view of coast guard island in Alameda. Reminds me of the old days.

Went here on a Friday night and had a late dinner. I like the outdoor seating right by the water with a heat lamp closeby. The service was nice. I ordered the Brotzeit Sausage Platter, which included the Andouille and Italian Herbed Chicken sausages with the spätzle noodles & sauerkraut. That dish tasted great and the sausages went well with the brown mustard. The Fanny Bay’s oysters were fresh and nicely shucked.
