This Crossroads location is my favorite I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in to sell clothes, I’m confident something will be taken. And if not, that’s what happens when selling clothes 🤷🏻‍♀️ On the flip side, a lot of the clothes are overpriced. I understand it’s a business and it needs to make a profit, but some items aren’t worth what they’re priced at. However, if you sell a lot and get trade back, it makes up for it! FYI FOR SELLERS: get the Crossroads app and put your name in MORE than 30 minutes before coming in. Lots of people sell here & the staff are doing their best. You can also shop around while you wait to be called! Love the 50% back in trade, compared to when it was around 35% a few years ago 👌🏼

Not as many men's options as women's, and the dressing rooms were small. However, the clothes were high-quality and the staff were friendly.

I used to enjoy shopping this store, but the quality of the items has gone down significantly. I see mostly poor quality fast fashion items at that location. Used to be able to find more unique and vintage items, and there was even a designer section, but now that's all gone. It seems like the buyers are only into buying disposable, ultra-trendy Tiktok stuff suitable for teenagers.

The wife loves this store, even though they never give her anywhere near a decent deal on designer clothing she is selling. Always 2+ hour wait, but yet they don't take appointments. Update for Store - the math you laid out didn't seem to add up on the open market. Made significantly more money simply by dropping them on Craigslist.
