Brought my bike in for a tire replacement and got a great rec for best tires that weren't too pricey plus a tube wrap to prevent future punctures. And they threw in a little check up and tune up. I had an issue with my quick release falling off the next day and when I brought it back in they fixed it for free and gave me a new brake cable! A fantastic neighborhood shop with friendly folks who know their bikes and won't upsell you on unnecessary things.

Had a rear derailleur cable sever inside the shifter mid ride. Stopped by here, Tony somehow pulled the remainder out of the shifter in time to finish the ride. Awesome work - these guys are passionate about cycling and know their stuff.

Finally found my go to bike shop. Very fair prices and honest service. Staff is very knowledgeable and were able to quickly assess the problem and give me a reasonable quote. They were a bit busy the afternoon I brought it in but I was able to pick up my bike the next morning. Grateful to have found my spot.

I bought a Giant E-bike from Hank and Frank and I have loved both the bike and the service I've gotten since. I ride by the shop on the way to and from work and often pop in to have them fix something for me (for example, I kept knocking off the fenders until I got used to them). I've had my bike for a year and have upgraded components over time. Each time, the guys/gal at the shop have helped me make good choices including pedals and saddle. I highly recommend this shop.
