I love this studio. The instructors are so fun and they really make you work! They play close attention to each of their clients. I'm so glad that I checked out this studio several years ago. I really like the instructors, cleanliness of the place, and how good I feel when class is over. I also like how I feel so strong when I am consistent with the classes. This workout makes me smile. I like the challenges they organize; they keep me motivated to return to class over and over again. Thanks for the workout every time.

820+ classes down I think I’ll be doing “The Bar Method” forever. This studio has the most wonderful ownership, instructors and community. It’s a safe space for ALL people to get an awesome, kick a$$ workout and make some friends along the way. Results are best when you can go 4-5x a week ❤️
Ultimate Home Performance
I LOVE BAR!!!!! I have been attending for about 16 months, during which time I have seen my body become significantly stronger. My arms are quite muscular, as is my back. And my bum has lifted significantly! I am grateful for the changes in my body, but Bar is so much more. The teachers and staff are nothing but encouraging and kind. The music is upbeat and energizing. The facility is beautiful. And I love the sense of community.

Hi JC, We follow the county guidelines for masking and to be honest lately that has been hard to decipher! That said, I don't believe they are mandated in Alameda County for the past few months...if it were, then we'd have everyone where them. Right now, it is really up to your comfort level. We do have some clients that wear them religiously, and others that don't. Your choice! Thanks for checking.
Hi Jen, yes, most of us park in the parking lot behind our building and adjacent to Trader Joe's. During the busy times, like Saturdays and weekday evenings I try to head straight to the top floor of the garage because it seems to turn over faster. Look forward to meeting you soon.
