I had taken Desert Snow Connection for the first time a few months ago and unfortunately, I misplaced my new earphones on the bus while disembarking the vehicle. I had sent numerous requests to have them take a look in their lost and found but received no response. I had requested more information whilst speaking to their customer rep on the phone (When they actually picked up) but received the hollow customer service speal - "We will get back to you on that".

Such a great service to have nearby. Our kids have used a couple shuttle companies to Snowbowl. The advantage of this one was it ran on spring break. Convenient pickup in the north valley, the busses are comfy, and the cost is reasonable. It's peace of mind for us to know they have safe transportation to and from the resort. Thanks so much guys!

I will likely never drive to flag for snowboarding on my own ever again. DSC is so convenient, easy, and the staff is great.

It was decent but not great by any means. Much more costly than other snow places I have been and lack of menu items as far as concoctions, it was cut and dry basic. Great location because the park is there. For 2 large snows and TIP was a tad over 21.00, ouch.
