Jack London is by far my favorite place in Oakland. Even when there’s nothing special going on just a stroll be the water is wonderful. Also, so many great places to eat. You just decide when you get there. The Sunday farmers market is great. Lots of vendors. You can pick out wonderful trinkets for yourself or gifts and then stick up on fresh items for your kitchen and pantry.

I didn't get a chance to stay and hang out, just passed through to catch a ferry to San Francisco, but it looked like a fun place to bring a date. Could catch a movie at the theater, get some dinner, and then sit and look at the water.

My first time here and I love it so much! Very peaceful and clean 👍🏻. Excellent place to have a picnic with friends and family! Will definitely gonna come back here and try out the restaurants here

The Buttercup restaurant has really good American and standard if you will comfort food. Their desserts will leave you wanting more especially the deep dish upside down walnut / brown sugar topped apple pie. Also Chicken and Waffles is amazing the chicken is so good it'll leave you speechless

Okay on the answer First Jack London square has different temperature scale depending on the location you should bring a sweater or coat for the evening and the Cabin is placed right next to the First and last chance Saloon and right in front of some of the boat docks . Now for the Christmas tree that's in a beautiful location by the Front of the Square next to Scott's restaurant and down the way from the Water front Hotel next to the Ferry terminal the whole length of the of the Square is almost 1.2 Miles. With a lot to do and see
Beautiful area of the bay. Very nice night life. Full of things to do a much to see. Theatre,art museum, and restaurants like Yoshi's 😀. A very cool and classy scene. Great suchi ,and live jazz and R&B music on any given night. I personally have seen the Chilights and Stylistics there. Bryan McKnight and Avant. Missing it extremely.
