I am giving this a 4 because we came here to get some food and then go as quick as possible it really seemed to take super long to even get someone to help us and I felt bad because there was just one waitress so she was soing her best. The food was great breakfast tasted amazing just took a little longer than we wanted so we were late. Just make sure to know it will take some time.

Very slow service ,was very dirty , waitress was nice , but tables filthy no one cleaning them n their was 4 waitresses on duty just kinda sad. Were did the good service n workers go who cared.

The food is great. This is a steak cooked right. At Denny's and Ihop the steaks are dry and plain. But, here the steak is juicy and tasty. The customer service isn't that great, but the awesome food makes up for the poor customer service.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question, Courtney. I'm assuming you are referring to the Oregon online gambling machines. I'm not an Oregon resident, I just like Hermiston & prefer to shop/dine there (no sales tax)! My suggestion would be to call Shari's directly & ask there manager. Then again, it may be something that is controlled by the gambling commission. Either way, the manager should be able to advise you. Ask if he/she has the Oregon State Gambling commission's contact information. Perhaps it could be the Oregon Lottery's control. Y'all might even try to ask Google the question! Good luck 👍😁!
