Worst experience EVER! would give this store a NEGATIVE stars if available. drove an hour to get to the nearest Lowes, was greeted and directed to appliances. saw some people working near appliances and said I needed some help with a refrigerator. no problem...give us a few minutes. they did not even look my way so I picked up the desk phone and contacted the front of store. they said would page someone....no response. called again, no one responded to the page. I am still laughing at this point. called 4th time to courtesy desk and they said all appliance personnel are un a meeting and no one could help me. But I want to BUY a refrigerator! her response ? you just won't be able to purchase one today. we don't know when the meeting ends. Really? that's when I chased down a fork lift driver and yelled. u said u would help me 45 minutes ago! she looked totally stunned that I was upset with her. she so graciously sent me over to someone in FLOORING! it took another hour or so to get checked out becauseshe needed help with the appliance system for orders. To top it off, they just starting a new delivery operator so sho knows if the fridge will ever arrive!

I don’t believe there is a manager at this store. If there is someone named Jonah, he must be a ghost because you will never get hold of him. Absolutely without a doubt worst store ever in management and delivery. Don’t waste time shopping here.

DO NOT order curbside pickup here. Ordered a washer and dryer from 2 hours away, because this was nearest Lowes. Waited day and a half and finally got email that order was ready for pickup. Drove two hours to the store and when I was about 10 minutes away, clicked app letting them know I was on my way. Got to Lowes and nothing. Waited 20 minutes in designated pickup and no one came out. Called and no one answered. Walked in and waited in line at customer service. Customer service said they didn't know what was going on, and repeated called a code 50, but no one responded. Then, found out I was 3rd in line for curbside pickup, and there were two ladies ahead of me that had also ordered curbside pickup, and were there 1 hour waiting for there product. Finally about 1 hour later, customer service flagged down two workers and asked if they could get the orders. She said she had called for a code 50, and employees said what is a code 50? Them employee had to go to the back to get my washer dryer (which was strange because I had gotten an email 3 hours earlier saying it was ready for pickup). That took another 25 minutes. This is not the first time I have had issues with this Lowes in Espanola. I could have driven 30 miles further to Santa Fe and probably still been back on my way home sooner. Management is absent at this location.

I was without a refrigerator for three weeks because Lowe's kept messing up my order and giving me the wrong information about my delivery. I live out of town and more than half the time I called them, no one would bother answering the phone! Everyone I dealt with was kind and *tried* to be helpful, but clearly there is an internal communication or organizational issue that is so bad that I seriously kept wondering if I was being pranked! I finally came to my senses, cancelled my order, and settled on an inferior-quality fridge locally just so I didn't have to keep holding out the false hope that my appliance would be "delivered any day now." I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again. My friends all seem to have similar stories, too. Heck, even the guy I paid to pick up my fridge from [competitor's store] with his truck says that his clients can't give him enough money to drive to Espanola and wait around for hours trying to get straight answers from employees. Someone from corporate needs to rescue this store ASAP. Staff efforts are being undermined by poor internal organization, chronic miscommunication, and/or a lack of proper training.

Lowes of Espanola is scheduled to deliver a washing machine to me in Taos tomorrow. Do they remove my washer, and install the new one? If not how do I prepare for their delivery. dave

If you paid for install and delivery they will remove your old washer and hookup the new one. If you only paid for delivery they will only drop it off.

why don't you answer your phone???

Why can nobody pick up the phone in customer service? Can you install an answer line for your employees to call us back. Service is terrible.

Customer service is a very BIG PROBLEM at Lowe's. It takes hour's before u get any sort of help in this store!! Customer service is TERRIBLE 😞, needs lots of improvement!!
