The hotel is 5 star, rooms are spacious and nice and we had a wonderful view of the west mountains with a small balcony. The bathroom is quite spacious and not cramped. Hotel staff is super friendly and engaging. The hotel has a nice large pool, hot tub and workout center. Overall a pleasant stay. The casino floor is clean but it’s relatively small compared to our casinos in Oklahoma. The complimentary drink center is nice and clean, also has bar area and sports bar with good and snack shop within the casino gaming area.

A very nice casino, clean and you see the employees cleaning and sanitizing the machines. A variety of machines, some new and other classics. Drunk stations at the front and back of casino. Also a bowling alley next door. Open 24hrs on weekends. A fun casino.

What kind of casino doesnt open until 8am Sunday thru Thursday? That doesnt seem like very good, "the customer always comes first", type of service. Seems the operators don't give a ship, and seem like they'd even change the hours if someone angered them enough.

I really like this place. I try to come up here once a week. They give me really good promotions. I will keep you informed next month. Most casinos only give you one g good month promotions not this casino for 3 months now they have treated me really good although I had an incident 3 weeks back but it was taken care of the following Monday the coordinator called me you know they got on top of it right away they made me feel at ease even though I live like 300 miles away this is my casino and I love it you guys should seriously consider coming here I'm telling you it's the best casino in the state you want to be treated good better come to Santa Clara
