They don't change the BED SHEETS! pillow case stunk of SWEAT! Also, found a piece of meat behind the fridge that was smelling and chilli pods on the floor. When the manger (a women from india) came to change the sheets, she was defensive and refused to speak. STAY AWAY! they even asked me to leave and refused to refund my stay. NASTY!!!!! They have no housekeeping staff as the manger is seen changing the sheets herself. its a 2 dirty people show!! Don't take my word for it, read the other reviews!! I advise all guests to contact Wyndham directly for their customer care as I have and take pictures (document) to provide reasoning and proof.

Made a reservation because our community was evacuated due to a fire. It was late my family and I were extremely tired. Called to cancel because couldn't make it. Manager was very rude said that rooms were non-refundable. He never explained that when I first called. He said it wasn't his problem.

We checked in and then left, there were questionable people in the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe! We had a long day and wanted to rest, and that was going to be hard to do with the questionable people sitting outside our door in a car. They watched our every move from the time we walked in and walked back out to our car with our luggage. We were in the room just long enough to find another room, at that point I didn’t care about what I had just paid. We found a wonderful Holiday Inn. After we checked in to the Holiday Inn I called the hotel and asked for the manager, she was very rude. I wanted to tell her that room 106 was empty and the keys were in the room. She was very rude and told me I should have gone to the office, that was the last thing we wanted to do with those suspicious people in the parking lot. My husband and I just drove out. I already called my bank and they are trying to get my money back. They saw the Days Inn charge and the Holiday Inn on the same Day! I will give this hotel a 0.

This motel is disgustingly gross, run down, filthy, staff is not using masks and nothing is sanitized. The bathroom had old Unrepaired water damage with black mold. The whole room stunk of mold. When we checked out they fraudulently charged an additional $100 to our card and after reading reviews this is normal practice for this roach motel. The staff is all the family who owns it and they are unprofessional, nasty and rude. Wyndham does not care or make any attempts to help. Do not drink anything that comes from the juice machine. There is black mold growing! 🤮🤮🤮
