The room was lovely and very quiet. I love the Southwest decor. We enjoyed a takeout dinner in our room and a delicious breakfast in the cafe the next day. We liked the breakfast so much we came back a week later to dine there again. The art work throughout the place is exceptional, including sculptures near walkways.

Most authentic, cozy, classy, clean, and BEAUTIFUL lodging in this region! What a gem! We look forward to returning! The furniture, room design, and semi private outdoor space with picturesque views compliment the crisply clean rooms. The fireplace managed through a wall switch, the exposed beam wood ceilings, and the high-end cozy SW decor made it a great overnight stop for our family and a spot my husband and I will return to as a destination in and of itself.

I have traveled all over NM, stayed in some of the nicer hotels and grand resorts, and this has now got to be one of my favorite places to visit. We had made the reservation by phone since we were traveling with a trailer and wanted to be sure the parking situation could accommodate us, we were in luck! While traveling with our two young children, our truck/trailer had got stuck on the mountain earlier that day for 3 hours so we were arrived we grateful to walk in to a friendly face. The staff greeted us and got us checked in right away. After we had dinner at the restaurant, we ventured to our room. We booked a king bed with a pull out couch. The kiva fireplace was an excellent touch as our shoes & socks were wet from all the snow we had to walk through to get our truck out of the ness that afternoon. Clean room. Comfortable place to sleep. A few critiques but nothing bad: **It was a bit of a walk which I don’t mind but being dark the walkways could use some solar lights or better path lighting. There was not sheets for the pullout couch in the room, but there was a blanket, we are pretty flexible people and had some blankets for our kids anyways but that would have been nice to have or even a mattress cover. Overall wonderful experience, 5-stars we will be coming back soon!

Nice & quaint. I liked that I didn’t have a room near the road. The fireplace made the room warm & toasty. Better shades could afford a bit more privacy though. I arrived at night and couldn’t find a sign pointing me to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. A bit pricy though. I checked prices days later and they were much lower than what I had paid.
