Had the best summers of my life. Now that i am older, i am so grateful that my parents sent me there.

Camp Marist isn't just an ordinary summer camp. I've attended camp as a camper and counselor for a combined total of 8 years, and I can honestly say it has made a huge impact on my life. Being at Camp Marist, away from home, has taught me how to be more independent and I've also made life long friends who are from all over the world. Camp Marist holds a special place in my heart and I can honestly say that the two months per year that I spend there are the highlight of my year. I highly recommend sending your child to Camp Marist because the activities are great, the staff is well trained, and there is no better experience (for a kid) than going away to summer camp!

At 31 years old and having been a former camper and staff member for many years, Camp Marist has truly been incredibly influential in both my professional and personal life. I continue to keep in contact with people who were campers with me in the 90s. Camp Marist has opened my doors of opportunity for me, and that's a testament to its wonderful community. The Camp Marist community is a caring family, and I hope one day to send my own children there. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful campground, and the staff treats the campers as their own children. I was fortunate to not have just one "best summer of my life," but many, and I hope other campers and staff members wil be able to have the same rewarding experiences as I have had.

Seeing my nephews and my niece grow up at Camp Marist has been a great joy in my life. I loved it so much, that I became a staff member so I could be part of this great place! Camp gave them a sense of belonging, great role models and a love of nature. They have grown up to be fine people and my oldest nephew is waiting until his daughter will be old enough to become a camper. As for me, I can't wait to begin my begin my 22nd summer at Camp Marist!
