I've always loved Going to the Library,any Library any place that I've lived or visited. It was my absolute favorite place as a child in Indiana, I taught Elementary Education there for 10 years. I moved to Brevard county Nov 2019 and this is by far the best Library here! The staff is wonderful, they have free books & a bookstore of used books for practically nothing. They have tons of organized community resources & employment listings as well as adult literacy tutoring & the staff is more then happy to assist. There is even security onsite that not only is helpful& friendly will walk out with you!

They have a very nice area for children at the Melbourne Fee Library. I'm not sure of the programs they have, but I would think the reference desk or website would give details.

Can renew books borrowed online. Can update certain information online but if you need a new card you have to visit a branch personally
You can sign on to their website..mylibraryworld.com. Log in with your library card, search for your dvd and then click to put a hold on it. If they don't have it in any of the 17 libraries in the county, you would have to call them
