This is the absolute worst place ever try to schedule appointments people show up with the wrong glass try to reschedule appointment canceled hour before they’re supposed to be there absolutely worthless. Going on almost 5 weeks trying to get a windshield and yes they’re gonna keep blaming it on the manufacture but I don’t buy it.

Overall satisfied with the quality of the replacement glass and installation. Technicians did a great job and all employees had great patience throughout a flawed process and scheduling system. What started out as a repair for a minor chip using their mobile service turned into a full replacement as the small chip ended up breaking out of the repair area. The first service was great. Technician was on time and communication was excellent. The map feature showing the tech's location was very helpful. I also dont fault him for the failed repair that was beyond his control. However, the follow up service is where things turned. The technician claimed to put in my replacement order real-time for first avaiable appointment. I was told I should hear back within a couple hours. However, after three days of no communication, I called the local google listed number bit clearly got a corporate call center. I was informed that the system still showed my repair was in process and no follow up was scheduled. On that call I was able to book an in store replacement service and set iy for 6 days out after reading about issues with appointments accepted but not parts available. From their things seemed okay. Got lots of emails and texts reminding me of my 1 pm appointment. However, on my way to the appointment, with two cars and my family in tow, I get an email saying that my appointment was cancelled. I immediately called the call center number but the robo interface was very glitchy and I couldnt even get through the menu options due to the robot repeatedly saying they couldnt process my response even though I made sure I was on mute to prevent back ground noise. After the third try amd repeatedly saying representative, I finally got a person. They looked up my appointment in the system and said it was cancelled due to a no show even though it was 1130 am and my appointment was at 1 pm. The customer service rep attempted to call the local shop multiple times but they did not answer. She recommended I continue to go to the store to find out what happened. Upon arrival I was told I didnt have an appointment, followed by your glass is not in, then that my appointment was cancelled for no show because it was at 11 even though I had 2 emails and 2 texts that said 1. After continuing to press them they said they were over booked for the day and couldnt take me. After pushing more they conceded but said neither of the 2 people working in the office could check me in because they were on lunch break plus a technician had to accept the keys and I would have to come back in an hour. I continued to insist because I had another appointment to make and they finally got a tech to come check me in. The service finally started at 3 pm and finished before closing. There appears to be a serious flaw in their corporate booking system and the local shops and sending customers away like that is not a good way to do business.
